DOING WHILE IN THE USA FOR THE PAST SEVEN YEARS.
IT APPEARS SHE IS NOW APPLYING FOR HER PERMANENT
RESIDENT STATUS (FOR HER "GREEN CARD"). LET'S SEE IF
SHE IS ALLOWED TO STAY HERE OR IS SENT BACK TO
MANILA. WHO ELSE WILL ALICE TRY TO DRAG INTO HER
VAST WEB OF LIES (EVEN THOUGH THE INS-CIS IS FULLY
AWARE OF ALICE SATURAY AND KEN JOHNSTON MEETING
TOGETHER AGAIN TO GET THEIR SHAM MARRIAGE "STORY"
STRAIGHT).
(Below are my opinions, observations and some of my
experiences of dating Alice Saturay for four years. She
has been indicted or convicted of anything YET, but we'll
see very soon how much official trouble she will be in.)
I have known and dated Alice Saturay from Halloween 2003 up to
October 2007. I know her very well and what I write below is based
on my years of observation of her, her direct admissions to me and
evidence she gave to me. I believe Alice Saturay is the biggest liar
I have ever known, and if you are considering spending any time
with her, you need to be very careful. Alice was legally married
to TWO men at the same time, between 18 November 2004 to
12 January 2007, and Alice concealed this all from me. Alice also
secretly had at least two affairs behind my back during the four
years I dated her (longer than she was with her two "husbands").
Alice LIES a lot, conceals all kinds of "uncomfortable" information
from people, so expect her to lie and probably to cheat on you.
Alice married Ronnie Bautista Vino on 04 September 2001 at the
City Hall of Pasay, Philippines. Alice lived with Ronnie at his mom's
place in San Francisco, CA and then moved to the LA, CA area.
Alice left Ronnie in October 2003 and moved to Seattle a week
later. Alice didn't divorce Ronnie until 03 August 2007. Alice hid
her marriage to Ronnie, she said nothing about it to me until 2006
(Alice hid both of her marriages from her own father). When I
first talked with Alice on 24 October 2003, I asked her if she
was married, but she lied to me and said she was single.
Two weeks after Alice and I started dating, she went to Craigslist.org
and secretly found another boyfriend, Kenneth Lockwood Johnston.
Ken lost his unemployment benefits around 15 December 2003. Around
that time Alice proposed her "business opportunity" to Ken, for her
to pay him $10,000 for him to pose as her fake "husband" so she
could get her US Green Card (Permanent Resident status). Alice
secretly dated Ken for 3-4 months while dating me.
In Feb.-March 2004 Alice vaguely told me her "Green Card" marriage
plans but I told her to choose between Mr. Green Card or me. She
promised she wouldn't do her sham marriage (she lied, but she did
any way on 18 November 2004). I asked her to promise that if she
ever thought she "had" to do her sham marriage that she would
tell me so we could figure out a legal way for her to stay in the US;
she promised she would do as I asked of her (she lied).
On 17 August 2006 I found out about Alice's "marriage" to Ken by
finding the online marriage records for King County. The next day
Alice and I met in person and she told me her "marriage" to Ken was
a "business only" relationship, she paid him $10,000 to pose as her
husband, and they never lived together.
A few days later, I found out Alice was still married to Ronnie Bautista
Vino; Alice never divorced him. On 21-22 August 2006 Alice admitted
in writing in an email to me that her "marriage" to Ken was a sham, that
it was purely done for her to gain immigration status, etc. I reported
Alice to the INS and gave to them these emails from her to me. Alice
and I tried to work things out during the next 14 months, but Alice
was becoming more freaked out about having to face the INS in early
2008, so she gave up on our relationship in October 2007.
Alice finally divorced Ken Johnson on 12 January 2007, but the day
before she filed her second divorce (of Ronnie Vino) on 11 January
2007. Alice almost got in trouble with King County Superior Court
on 12 January 2008, but she must have lied to them. Alice got
TWO divorces in 2007 from the same court, without any marriage
happening between the two. Alice was legally married to TWO
men at the same time from 18 November 2004 until 12 January
2007. I believe most people call being married to TWO men at
the same BIGAMY.
On 3-4 March 2008, Alice found out a little idea of how her scams
are now exposed to the INS. Even though she claimed to greatly
hate Ken Johnston for four years, I saw Alice and Ken together
on 4 and 28 March 2008 because they had some idea of how much
trouble they could be in soon. They didn't have any contact from
September 2006 up to March 2008 (and very little during their
sham "marriage", only when Alice needed some paperwork from
Ken). But there they were together on March 4th and 28th. It looks
to me like Alice and Ken are now trying to "create" her bogus second
"marriage", that never existed, so they can save themselves from
the INS, from deportation, possibly from 5 years in prison and a
$250,000 fine. I don't think they have any idea of how badly they
are now caught up in their own lies.

(6) consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure
to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations
(7) lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or
rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another
B. The individual is at least age 18 years.
C. There is evidence of Conduct Disorder with onset before age 15 years.
